Dr. Crum has been practicing at Countryside Animal Hospital since 2008. She grew up in New York City before settling in Rhinecliff, New York. In 1982, she earned an undergraduate degree from Barnard College, which is affiliated with Columbia University. She then achieved her DVM degree from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. After graduation, Dr. Crum completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the Animal Medical Center in New York City. She has practiced at a variety of urban, suburban, and rural practices. Before moving upstate, Dr. Crum served as medical director of a hospital in Sea Cliff, New York. Her medical interests include internal and geriatric medicine.
When not at the hospital, Dr. Crum enjoys painting drawing, and cooking. She currently has two dogs, two cats and a bird, but she has also had a variety of pocket pets in the past.
